👋 My name is Ilya, and I offer psychological counseling rooted in existential-humanistic therapy. This approach can help you clarify the meaning of your life, articulate your values, and live more authentically.
In the modern world, filled with challenges and crises, it is common to feel as though we have lost our sense of direction. Pandemics, armed conflicts, and the rapid pace of technological progress—all this instability can undermine our traditional notions of a meaningful existence. However, I believe that even in such times, each person can discover their own unique path. My role as a psychotherapist is to support you in navigating difficulties and to help you unlock your inner potential, enabling you to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
👨💻 Since 2024, I have been offering individual online consultations.

Ethics
I strictly adhere to the professional code of ethics set by the EEAET. As an aspiring specialist, I carefully assess my professional limitations and will refer you to other qualified professionals when necessary.
Session Structure
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is conducted online via Google Meet, typically once per week. The first session is free. The course of therapy generally spans 10 to 40 sessions, though the duration is flexible, and we will regularly evaluate progress together. Sessions can be conducted in Russian, or English (please note that although I'm fluent in English, I'm still not a native speaker).
Payment
The fee for sessions will be determined together during the initial free meeting. Payment is due within 24 hours after each session. I reserve the right to adjust my fees no more than twice per year, with advance notice.
Cancellations and Delays
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for a free cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance must be paid in full. In the event that I cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the next session will be provided free of charge. If you are late, the session duration will likely be shortened.
Boundaries
During the course of therapy and for two years following its conclusion, I do not engage in any business, friendship, or romantic relationships with clients. I also refrain from accepting close relatives of current clients for therapy. In the case of an accidental meeting offline, I will ensure that our therapeutic relationship remains confidential.
Confidentiality
I guarantee the confidentiality of your information, except in cases where disclosure is legally required. I may discuss your case in supervision with more experienced colleagues, but only in a fully anonymized manner.
Emergency Contact
In crisis situations, clients may request an unscheduled session. I will respond to any such requests within 24 hours.
Termination of Therapy
